There were screws all over the floor in my room, the water coming from the sinks were murky, the outlets in my room did not work, the mini fridge smelled like rotting eggs, and the lamps flickered too much/ did not stay on. I had to change my room an hour within staying there. Also the buttons in the elevator weren’t working?

i do not recommend this hotel it’s full of roaches the ac didn’t work and the employees are purposely rude 100% do not recommend!!!!!

T this hotel is the worse if you want good adequate service don’t book here .the elevators are broken however I get things happen .after a 15 minute wait and several complaints then the staff advised of another elevator in the back while watching the crowd build excessively. It’s old and need renovations.no towel after several demands the morning of and night of.never heard of a hotel not having towels. great view with horrible service not a good thing.they don’t greet you and they are rude the morning and night shift! I wouldn’t book here if it was a last resort that’s how bad the service was

Everything is dirty, broken, and in bad condition. There's trash on the plants, the rooms are in terrible shape... and the service really leaves much to be desired. They charge $35 per night for something they call "Amenities," which is basically coffee in the mornings and a small bag with two mini-packs of chips per room per day. They don't clean your room until you leave... and I could go on. The only good thing is that it's on the main street and two minutes from Waikiki Beach and buses. But we absolutely do NOT recommend it.

This place should be demolished. Cockroaches in the rooms. Mold in the rooms. Parking was a nightmare. Limited stalls and valet only. Elevators were not working properly. Stairwell doors were locked. At one point could not get off the fourth floor for over 15 minutes. Staff was not concerned. Was overcharged at checkout for amenity fees. Didn’t have time to argue. When I got home, I saw I was also overcharged for parking fees. Please please do not stay here!!!…many other hotels in the same location in the same price point to choose from! This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Do not recommend. The only good thing about this place is location. The rooms are very out dated and disgusting. The elevators do not function properly. Good luck trying to go from any floor up to another, besides the lobby. We had multiple rooms across many different floors, and not one floor did the up button work on any of them. Additionally to that, the stairs were not an option because they lock once closed. Isn’t this a fire hazard? Absolutely ridiculous and unsafe. Our bathroom has black mold by the window vent. Our room had only two lights, both lamp style that you need to twist to turn on. The bedroom had three beds, with no side tables, outlets nearby. One bed was blocking access to the cabinet doors for storage.

Absolute false advertising. The photos are extremely enhanced and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. First issue — there is no self parking, only valet at $65 per night. The young men working valet were honestly the ONLY good part of the entire experience. They were kind, positive, and professional. We booked two rooms with 4 guests in each room, yet only 2 towels were provided per room, and we were told no additional towels were available. They also did not have blankets available — only sheets. One room had bugs in the shower, while the other had a bathroom light that did not work. Mind you, we paid over $200 per room. One room’s air conditioning barely worked, several outlets did not work, and we were still charged a $17.50 amenities fee for basic snacks like chips and soda. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and nothing like what was advertised online.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They were filthy and in poor condition. A total "bait and switch". I demanded a refund and checked out within an hour. They refused to give me a full refund which I'll be disputing with my cred and company. 2 of the 4 elevators were broken and even the common areas were poorly maintained. DO OT BE SUCKERED IN AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY PAST BUILDING SAFETY CODES!!

Walking distance to Waikīkī Beach. Hotel needs renovation. If you only need a place to crash at low cost and care more about the beach, then yeah this place is for you. Don’t expect luxury in your room. Better than a hostel or homeless in Waikiki streets.

Staff were nice but the air conditioning was nonfunctional and their website does not accurately list how many people a room could sleep. I would not recommend this hotel for visitors desiring comfort and honesty.

Rooms are outdated and a/c was out!!! But my fridge and microwave worked . I had hot water for a shower, view was spectacular location was amazing and I will continue to stay here and pay the best rate downtown has to offer until the building is no longer standing!!!!! No more drinks with the daily goodie bags, but hey I could walk 100 feet to the ABC store and get whatever I need. Thanks ladies for the great stay see you next time shout out to Kalei and Liermadel 🤩
