Hawaiʻi Health & Harm Reduction Center

The Hawaiʻi Health & Harm Reduction Center (HHHRC) is the state's main nonprofit for HIV and hepatitis services, harm reduction and transgender health, and is the successor to the historic Life Foundation. From its Kakaako offices it provides testing, prevention, case management, syringe exchange and support programs, with a strong focus on the LGBTQ+ and houseless communities. HHHRC is also home to the Kuaʻana Project, which serves transgender and māhū people across the islands.
