AC Hotel Miami Dadeland

The dinner, service, and overall experience were excellent. However, I was very disappointed by unexpected charges of approximately $895 that were never clearly disclosed before the event. I informed the hotel in advance that additional guests would join after dinner for drinks and that each person would pay individually for their consumption. At no point was I told that this would result in mandatory additional banquet or labor charges. On the day of the event, I was suddenly informed of these fees and they were processed to my credit card without my explicit authorization. While the event itself was wonderful, the lack of transparency regarding these charges significantly impacted my overall experience.

The staff were helpful and kind. My biggest issue was the toilets are square and the toilet seats did not cover the porcelain, which felt gross and uncomfortable for a larger man. The sinks were also square and drained poorly. If not for the toilets, I would certainly stay here again.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. It was good for a non resort hotel. I loved that the mall was connected to the hotel. We stayed 1 night, and the beds were good. Very comfy. They have this little snack bar where you check in, but they are a bit overpriced, like $7.50 for a medium pack of gummy bears?It is a nice hotel, but a bit bare. Too little things on the floors like once you get out of the elevators, you want to be greeted by furniture, not one plain bench. They have a pool.

Omar Mendoza was/is the best! He is in maintenance & was a big help!

Great location right next to Dadeland Mall. Not far from the airport. We got off the ship and flight was not until the late evening, we booked a day room. Great location and good price. Much nicer than waiting hours at the airport.

Beautiful hotel, feels very luxurious... food was lovely and conference facilities were nice too.. although very odd morning snacks like fruit and chocolate or packets of crisps... service was Ok, room cleaning was average and there was bit of a language barrier with dinning room staff, and I struggled to understand, but they got familiar with me quickly and it got easier... and I loved the breakfast

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The room was lovely ! It was sparkling clean with all necessary amenities. It’s also very conveniently located beside the Dadeland mall with many food options and walking distance to the Dadeland South Metro Station. My husband mentioned it was my birthday and the room was set up beautifully for my special occasion! Also special mention for Melanie who went out of her way to make my Birthday extra special !! Thank you again Melanie !! And Carmen for being so sweet at all times that we met her at the reception desk😊 Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami!
