Fun place, cant win anything
Rooms were good and neatly arranged. Room service was excellent. Big red flag for me was thy charge you $25 extra for early check in even if you are 25 min early. Had a not so good conversation with front desk on the early checkin and he was asking me to go around with my luggage and then come after 25 min to check in. Had I argued little bit more then I wouldn’t have to pay the extra 25$ LOL.. checkout was simple and easy. For this reason I will rate it at 3.5 start else it was 5 star
There are several reasons for the low score I am providing, but the primary concerns are as follows: During our stay, my associate and I experienced what we perceived to be discriminatory and highly disrespectful treatment from three separate employees. One employee was a cocktail waitress serving guests at the slot machines, and the other two employees worked at Fulton Café when we ordered coffee. Their demeanor, tone, and interactions with us were noticeably hostile and unprofessional, and the treatment was significantly different from what we observed being provided to other guests. The experience left us feeling unwelcome and deeply uncomfortable throughout our stay. The guest room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. We observed what appeared to be a spilled liquid residue on the bathroom door, visible wear and damage to furniture, and what appeared to be either an old stain or spilled beverage on the carpet near the guest phone between the beds. These conditions did not meet the standard of cleanliness and upkeep we expected. We are in Las Vegas annually for business purposes. I have stayed at Harrah's previously and was disappointed to find that the property's overall condition and guest experience appear to have declined significantly since my last visit. It is unfortunate because this experience was negative enough that I will not consider staying at this property again for future business trips. While many other staff members we encountered were courteous, professional, and helpful, the conduct of the three employees referenced above overshadowed the positive interactions and left a lasting negative impression. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve employee training, guest service standards, and overall accountability. No guest should feel disrespected, targeted, or unwelcome while staying at your property. My associate and I conducted ourselves professionally throughout our visit, which made these interactions particularly disappointing.
Have stayed here before but never had a terrible experience like I did on Sunday may 31. Had to valet a rental van that would not fit in the structure and paid $60 dollars on arrival at 10:30pm and had to pay another $40 dollars to get the key at 9am. Pretty steep price and they didn’t even bring the van to me. I had to walk to the van and get it myself. The valet attendant with his snarky attitude is really what ruined the experience. I will more than likely avoid Harrahs whenever I bring a rental vehicle. I’d rather go to another hotel that is more welcoming with employees with better attitudes.
