Intransitive

Intransitive is a trans-led nonprofit founded in 2017. In 2021 it opened Arkansas's first transgender community center, in Little Rock. It is run by and for transgender and nonbinary people. Its work includes mutual aid, help with name changes and gender-marker updates, support groups, community events, and advocacy against the state's anti-trans laws. The center is a gathering space rather than a clinic. Opening times and the street address are shared through the organisation, so check intransitive.org or its social channels before visiting. If you are a trans traveller passing through Arkansas, it is a good source of current local advice.
