Fabian is the best host anyone could asked for . Sky was great. I felt right at home very welcoming baby and keep up the good job. In fact give the man a raise.

Myles at the bar for our event was amazing!

The room is great and comfortable. On the website for this location we thought breakfast was included only to find out that we needed to be higher tiered members for that amenity. At the bar, Myles was great. Even though he was busy, he always made sure we were taken care of. The evening menu is a little confusing. We thought if we just ordered a burger, the fries would have to be purchased separately. Myles was a great help in deciphering the menu.

Miles was amazing i ordered veggies that wasn’t even on the menu but miles made it happen. Very great customer services

Miles and Jennifer were more than awesome. Very knowledgeable about the menu and any questions that I had regarding the features of any of the entrees I was interested in. They were professional, they were courteous and I really appreciated them taking their time with me with all of my questions

We had the best getaway weekend for Books in the Desert. We ended our Saturday with Myles and Zane at the bar and their service was top tier!!! Delicious drinks, witty banter, and great company. Ps… The Reese’s was better than I anticipated but I still want to go to the chocolate factory. (Chad XYZ did not help me write this review)

We came to the Double Tree Hilton. In Mesa went to the bar, 2 nights in a row, had Myles, Take care of us. He is very personable and a wonderful bartender. Definitely. Would return to this hotel in Mesa for Myles to take care of us again.

I paid 60.00 for a meal I couldn't eat and was offered fruit. People have food allergies. The kitchen staff wouldnt make my food without mushrooms. I asked for the kitchen manager and he said he was not responsible for a banquet meal. Fabian did a fantastic job helping me by getting me benadryl to help stop my itching. Im miserable. I had to give this a bad review. Fabian is the best at family service.
