I checked in last night and the person at the front desk was very friendly. The room was spotless and the shared spaces were immaculate. when I checked out this morning, the person at the front desk was amazing! very friendly and personable. it actually caught me off guard. I wish I would have remember her name. overall, a great visit and I'm traveling in hotels usually three nights a week all year long. this was amazing

Although the rooms are nice and location is good I’m compelled to give this place a poor rating. I stayed two nights and both mornings the guy that supposed to be running breakfast is a no show. How management can allow this clown to dictate hours for breakfast is beyond me. First morning front desk clerk made me a sandwich, day two no breakfast.The guy should be terminated.

We stayed one night here and the experience was great. The person who oversaw check in was so lovely, gracious and welcoming - even though she was quite busy when we arrived. I love the trendy, modular rooms. The bed was super comfy and we had a great dinner at the restaurant next door (a must!). My only teeny tiny complaint - the noise level from the outside is excessive. But I'll say this with two caveats: I'm an extremely light sleeper and the hotel is on a major highway with tons of car engines and other noise. This doesn't take away from the overall service, comfort and cleanliness.

This was my first time staying at the hotel while traveling from Florida, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was polite and professional at all times, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mayan, who was extremely pleasant and had such a vibrant, welcoming demeanor. She truly stood out and made a positive impression. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient and easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I visited here every few months. Rooms are great and spacious. The hotel itself is very nice and is next to a nice alehouse. I suggest if you're a light sleeper to request a room on the backside of the hotel. The front is near a highway and can be quite loud all night due to the traffic.

Clean comfortable has indoor pool, bar, etc. Modern. Good value for the money.

This hotel is a filthy dump. Hallways are not vacuumed. Walls are covered in dried up splatters. Lightbulbs are burned out in rooms. Half used rolls of TP are left in bathroom as the backup roll. Shades in room are covered with dust and also dried liquid splatter. Dust on light fixtures and sills. Floors in elevator are filthy. Hallways have the faint smell of a dumpster. Housekeeping staff bangs on door in the morning even though do not disturb placard is hanging on outside door handle. Avoid this dump.
