Rooms were very clean. Hate the design. When you open the door you see right into the bathroom
My husband and I stayed at this location for an event this past weekend. Pros: Service was impeccable. Great location to multiple locations. Snacks available 24/7. Drybar shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Cons: The beds were uncomfortable and old. My husband who is a larger man, sank to the bottom and almost rolled off the bed. Secondly, there were no liners in the waste bins or ice buckets. Ice machine is only on the first floor. For 2 days $800, very disappointing. There are many hotels in the area that are more affordable, and cleaner.
Awful experience. Literally the worst I’ve ever had. Room was dirty with ants and hair in the bed. They have no carpets so sound travels through you. Literally through you because it’s so loud in there. We slept maybe 4 hours tops and sleep was interrupted constantly. It was super loud and there were three weddings that night. Children screaming in the morning. The GM did nothing for us. Never again. Do NOT stay here. You will thank us later.
5 stars for the hotel staff. But the rooms are a bit tired and specially the bathrooms need a make over. Overall great experience
