Went 3 times great clean rooms and hotel but one time they booked me and didn’t have rooms. I did use a third party app so I can’t blame them entirely. Otherwise great place. And staff.

This is the first time I ever slept in a hotel without my blanket from home. Everything was to my liking. Didn't wake up to back pain. Slept like a baby. This will be my go to every time. ❤️❤️❤️

Very bad experience I had booked 2 rooms. Check in was for 3 oclock didn’t get the rooms until 4:20ish. Getting in the room and finding out the water shower is not working the AC was not working. Maintenance checked it out and gave explanation of there is something wrong upstairs in the rooms the whole night we were sweating. There were no other rooms available for us to be moved to. Have called and asked for a refund from manager for 2 days now and she is never available

Juice definitely not worth the squeeze... Remember this being a nice hotel back in the Coco Keys days but now it's a giant Motel 6 masquerading as a hotel... No amenities, no pool. A/C barely working, had to get a new room because the original one would not cool off. One working elevator, the grounds unkept... This is strictly a sneaky link spot now. You'd think they'd put in a little effort seeing the Westin is literally next door. Definitely won't be back...

Its cool to lay your head down only had 1 elevator working. They have a wallmart across the street. The bed sounded like a old shopping cart and rought to sleep on they need better beds tv batteries were dead so I had to take a battery out and put it back in when I wanted to change my movie because they dont have channels you only can log in your streaming app because its a smart tv. 20 mins or so from Philly.
