I made an appointment three weeks ago. I went in for my appointment and was told the doctor would not be in that day and I would receive a call to reschedule later. I understand things happen, and rescheduling is not an issue, but not giving me a call to let me know before I drove over there is. My appointment was late morning too, so it’s not like my appointment was right when they opened. Inconsiderate.

Your neighborhood one stop shop for health!

Wonderful doctors and overall fantastic process for patient care. Cannot express how great it is to get care here. Would give 10 stars if not for the miserable experience of talking to the reception staff. Every time I have to interact with them they seem annoyed. Extremely dismissive, unhelpful, and quick to pawn you off to someone else instead of actually assisting. The pros outweigh the cons but if I have an issue to talk to the office about it's almost less trouble to wait for my next appointment and ask the doctor for administrative help than to call the reception desk.

Amazing organization, awesome programs, and empathetic employees who treat all patients with great respect and dignity. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Google Maps sent me here for Urgent Care, So I jumped through the facilities hoops to obtain a primary care Doctor to be seen the day. Only to be booted out the door for lack of funds. It's all good now that I know THEY HARE NO URGENT CARE FACILITIES.
