around all the stores and restaurants and Alex is the best was so accommodating to me and my wife's every want and need definitely will be staying here again when I come in town

The hotel itself is nice and I enjoyed my stay overall. However, it’s disappointing that after already spending a lot on the accommodation, you still have to pay an additional $16 per night for parking.

PARKING IS NOT FREE. HAD TO SWITCH ROOMS BECAUSE ROOM DOOR LATCH KEEP MALFUNCTIONING. SECOND ROOM FAUCET DRAIN VERY SLOW.THIS HOTEL PILLOW REALLY NEEDED TO BE UPGRADED. THERE'S NO COMPLEMENTRY BREAKFAST YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING HERE. SOME STAFF ARE FRIENDLY WHILE SOME STAFF SEEMS LIKE THEY DON'T WANT TO BE THERE.I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Came for a night to just be able to put my head down somewhere. Unfortunately I barely got any sleep due to the very loud AC that sounds like a jet engine starting, to which I then had to turn the AC off because it also wouldn’t even set to the temp I wanted. Walls are so thin I could hear upstairs so clearly, they might as well have been in my room. Kids were running up and down the hall from midnight - 1 am barking as well. Half the light bulbs in my room also did not work. Will probably spend the $35 more to stay at Hampton inn next time.

We come here to this hotel every year. Michelle the manager is always so helpful. She is the reason that my family continues to come to this hotel, because of her great quality of customer service.

1. Hotel is right against the interstate (ie, loud cars revving engines, honking horns, etc.). 2. We had to ask for room to be vacuumed. Same debris was still on floor after housekeeping left. 3. None of the shower items were refilled (shower gel was empty). 4. The mattress was horrible (wiry and not comfortable). 5. AC is LOUD….. like can’t go to sleep loud. 6. The sofas sit LOW… difficult to get up from. 7. Room keys stopped working. 8. Hallways and elevator were not air conditioned. 9. The accessible rooms do not have fold down seats. IF the shared shower chairs are available, you can ask for one. 10. Carpet is heavily stained.

First off: there are pictures floating around Google and other sites for this hotel that show a breakfast buffet. This is inaccurate. They basically do not offer breakfast options which is honestly insane given it's an "airport hotel". They offer small sandwiches for sale (unless they run out which they did at 0715) and some small bakery items. Fresh food? None. Fruit? Nope. Rooms: spacious and the a/c works well. Bring a noisemaker or you'll hear the freeway all night. Buying fresh fruit from a grocery store for your refrigerator? Be careful as it might freeze completely. Location: Not an airport hotel despite the name. The other doubletree is much much closer. No real options for food closeby. Despite the awful location they make a killing on all customers (including Diamond members) by charging $15 for parking. Gym is nice which is good because there is zero running options outside. Overall. Stay somewhere else if you can especially if you have a vehicle.

The Double Tree was a complete disappointment. When we checked in at 9:30 pm we had no air in the room it was 80 degrees, immediately informed the desk and they said they would find a solution. An hour and a half later they called and said they were still working on it would get back to us by 11:30. By 11:30 no call so my daughter went down and demanded an immediate solution. They finally moved us to another room that still had no air and smelled like urine. At that point I was done. I told them I was leaving and to cancel my reservation. Shannon told me she could not do that till after the audit. I called in the morning to speak to a manager have not received any call backs and the third party I booked thru is also getting no feed back from them. I will never recommend such a poor business.

I love staying at this hotel. However I was disappointed that the bar closed early tonight with about 6 people at the bar. I was told bar was open until 11 and rushed back to have a few beers. Walked in at 10 and was told last call already called and was given one drink. Pete used to be the best and would make sure everyone was happy. Not the case tonight with him not working

Prices are a lie. You are forced to pay EXTRA to park in the hotel parking lot. This is fraud. Do not stay here.

Awful experience over the 4th of July here. Our air conditioning hasnt worked at all on our room. The hotel sent maintenance and maintenance turned the whole system off and made it even hotter inside. It was at one point cooler outside than our room which was almost 90 degrees. Hotel staff said theyre sold out of rooms, sent maintenance home, and will not refund our money if we go elsewhere. We are supposed to stay in another Hilton in 10 days but will be canceling at this point. This truly was a miserable experience and I cannot recommend staying here.
