Abalonia Inn

We LOVED this Inn and Ogunquit! It was convenient to just walk out the door to everything. Our room was clean and comfy and MARK( the manager) was awesome! He sat down with us and answered any questions we had and recommended many places for us to visit while we were there. We will definitely be back and stay longer❤️

Location, Location, Location! This is so centrally located. We parked our car when we got there and was able to walk everywhere! The gentlemen that run this Inn were absolutely wonderful and kind! There was ice and snacks every day! Our room had 2 porches and we sat on them everyday! It was some of the best, comfortable sleep I've had in a long time! So comfy!

What an amazing place! The rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The location couldn't be better. You are within walking distance of the downtown shops, the beach, the Marginal Way and plenty of great restaurants, including the Patio just next door.

I've been going to Abalonia for over 10 years... I had booked at beginning of October for a 4 days getaway. To my surprise, it was new owners. The day before my check we had a family emergency, I had to bring my husband to the hospital...this was very unexpected. I ended up being at the hospital for 5 days. While I was at the hospital, I had tried to communicate with Abalonia through emails, calls to try to explain that it was impossible for me to be there because of the circumstances.... nobody was answering, I left many messages on voicemail, emails ... when employees would answer they would say that manager is off and didn't know when they would get back to me. Til this day (oct 16th 2025) nobody has reached out , not even manager or owners to speak to me. All I was asking is a credit because I would for sure go back as soon as I could. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED..... I was always choosing Abalonia for my stays in Ogunquit ... never again.... very bad customer service. Its a shame

Stayed here multiple times. Great location. Rooms are clean. Service is always prompt and friendly. What more could you ask for. They do own a bunch of other inns in town now so may have Been bought out. That’s usually the end to a good thing. Time will tell.
