Terrible,out dated rooms. Rude staff.

The location is in the prime place where I could get food from tons of places. The service Clean the room very well when we got there I haven’t seen something cleaner than this. The room is really smelled good and I’ve been going there for the last two years.

I wish I could give this hotel a 0! Everything from customer reception service to condition of room was horrible! Do not stay here! Rooms are old and very outdated, and are smaller then they appear online. Shower had broken handle, so main shower head didn't work, duct tape over music station and over side of pool, parts of head board was missing, and table was broken in pool room, also outlets some don't even work. Over all for 366.00 plus now wait for it a 250 dollar deposit that you don't get back for 5 to 7 days! I could have stayed at a Hilton, Marriott, or any other hotel with indoor pool, for 200 no deposit, and gotten the service I deserve, as well as a functioning room. You should have never booked a room that is in this condition, oh BTW receptionist said they are under renovations...They need to be, because for 100 more you could stay at the Syberus! Which is what we should have done! Do better! For the prices you charge, your service and rooms severely need to be changed! When I stated my issues at check out was told I should've said something earlier..and to call the manager tomorrow morning. Was given and email address to forward pics but it is invalid. I am waiting to see if they will reach out. Yall spend the extra and stay at the Syberus much better experience!

THIS IS TO WARN COUPLES* DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY, NOT WORTH IT!*** I WANT 0 STARS BUT its not available, thats how bad this place is! If you are looking for a "luxury" experience, **keep looking.** This establishment is a textbook example of false advertising. They charge premium prices for a suite that is anything but high-end, and once they have your money, any semblance of customer service disappears. The "Luxury" Reality: **The Smell:** Instead of a clean, high-end atmosphere, the room hits you with a foul odor the moment you walk in. It’s the opposite of the "luxury scent" you’d expect for this price point. *Broken Amenities:*The "steam room" is a gimmick; it technically turns on, but it doesn't actually produce steam or work. *Poor Maintenance:*Most of the shower heads are broken or malfunctioning. It’s clear that maintenance is not a priority here. **Dishonest Ownership** The most frustrating part of this stay wasn't just the room—it was the management. The owners are blatantly dishonest. We were promised a **$50.00 refund** to compensate for the issues, only for them to flatly refuse it later. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were completely dismissed. **Bottom Line:** These owners have a very different definition of "luxury" than the rest of the world. They are more interested in taking your money than providing a quality experience. *Save your hard-earned cash and DO NOT support this establishment.** There are plenty of other places that actually value their guests and deliver on their promises.

This place is way more seedy than the photos pictured. This was the first time I have been charged $15 per hour for early check-in! Bring your secret lover here but maybe not your spouse. She might cry. Mismatch towels, broken remote, third-rate bedding, road noise, and a dreadful night of sleep. Not a 4 star hotel by any stretch.

Staff was nice and welcoming. But our room was not the best. Room 113, lights above bed were mismatched and not working. Bathroom light was flickering so bad that it was like a strobe light and steam room is not a steam room, it’s a shower that doesn’t get hot enough to make steam let alone no water pressure. I couldn’t even wash the shampoo out of my hair.
