What reviewers say

Some visitors found the rooms comfortable, clean, and enjoyed the privacy of separate buildings, with friendly and helpful staff. However, many guests reported issues with outdated and poorly maintained rooms, unsanitary conditions including bugs, and rude management who unfairly kept deposits.

First time I been to this and my boyfriend went all out for my birthday June 9 for 2 days. It was so nice and clean and I loved the whirlpool it was a King size and the bed couldn't ask for anything less.

Room was great, service was not. Very rude and charges were very suspicious, will be disputing things with my bank. Have a wonderful day. Maybe cheer up a bit and dont seem so miserable, whoever is behind the phone needs customer service training Not hard to be kind

I don’t even know where to start, I never met such incredible nice staff. We arrived there late at night (about 1am) and they made the entire process soo easy. We booked one night in the premium room which is really neat and pretty. We had a lot of fresh towels and the Jacuzzi had a perfect size, the water got hot really easy as well. The next day we were supposed to have the normal queen room but they just upgraded us to the premium one for free!!! They have easy free parking as well, you can just park in front of your room. The room was really cozy and we loved the clean mirrors, also the Shower was a steam shower which was awesome! The bed was huge and really comfortable! I‘m sad that those beautiful 4 days are already over. Thank you so much!!

Nothing on-site justifies $400 a night jakuzzi experience. Felt like a cheap motel with some woodwork and jakuzzi inside and otherwise outdated equipmenr. Very stripped down offer; no free wine glasses to use, no white robes for guests, not even free water of included coffe inside rooms. The lobby was cluttered, pandemic glass, shrink wtap on the window. Plus hotel being located in a close Chicago suburb, surprisingly many Kentucky visitors, the guest in a front of me and behind spoke with heavy Appalachian mountains accent, which I find weird. Do they advertise in Kentucky or they dont have jakuzzi there?
