Disappointed with stained carpets, two full size beds when we reserved a king size, water in shower thatwent from barely hot to lukewarm and back again, tv was a 24" +/- across from just one of the beds. black out drapery barely cleared the sill so lots of light came in. Not a bad hotel if you dont care about any of these things. I will not come back with so many bettter options out there if I can find another.
The location was perfect. The rooms are very outdated. The heat doesn’t work. And the toilet is too low.
It's a typical hotel with a convention (?) hall attached. The front desk staff have been incredible and housekeeping is great. It's a good location if you're okay with being kinda far from Chicago proper.
Have stayed here multiple time the past few years, it’s a nice place. The beds are comfy and the staff is kind and helpful. We enjoy the whirlpool suite and the waffles at breakfast!
