Very bad customer service, they kept charging my credit card even after 3 nights of check out. Everytime I called the manager to solve the problem she closed the line in my face.

Dirty hotel bed are dirty bathroom not clean a lot hair on the bed if theres zero star i will do zero star

Absolutely worst banquet Hall I have ever been to in my entire life. The servers poorly trained. I literally was at a banquet and waited 2 hours for my food while everybody else got theirs only to be told they didn't have any food left. Chicken was clearly made in bulk disgusting and dry in a horrible thick butter sauce the salmon would have maybe been edible if it wasn't also in cased in the gross sick cold butter sauce. The mashed potatoes looked like cardboard right out the box. Very reminiscent of what they used to serve at my grandmother's nursing home. Definitely not worth a $65 ticket The servers barely checked the table and came to check on anyone and to top it all off I had to wait exactly 48 minutes for coffee.

Filthy, no service. Toilet backed up, they used towels to mop up mess. NEVER came back up to clean. We had to go to desk to get clean towels, gave us a garbage bag to put the floor towels. Breakfast was horrible. Never ever a Quality Inn.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service, spotless rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. I got my deposit back on time. Everything was smooth and comfortable highly recommended!

The lobby area looked organized and comfortable for waiting guests. I noticed staff assisting visitors with directions and information. Their approach seemed patient and professional. It created a welcoming environment.

Due to weather delay I arrived late afternoon into Chicago. I searched hotels in the Orland Park area and locked in a great 1-night rate. Upon checking in Colleen generously switch room to king size bed. I truly needed the rest. In the morning Yesenia (front desk) was super pleasant asking about my stay and if there's anything I needed before checking out. Both Colleen and Yesnia should be acknowledged for making my Quality Inn experience comfortable and relaxing. You hired the right people! --Sam

My stay was mainly focused on rest between work commitments. The room insulation helped keep outside noise low. Room service arrived within the timeframe mentioned. Service delivery felt reliable.
