Excellent stay for a weekend trip. The room was spacious, the common areas were well maintained, and everyone we interacted with was helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

We got here there was food on the floor pubic hair in the sink and shower 🤢 it said breakfast was free it wasn't so we bought 2 sodas 2 chocolate milk and 2 coffees lady said $21.50 caught the card reader saying $50 and she said just go ahead and scan it

This hotel is completely full of MOLD. I brought this to the attention of the General Manager and he didn't care at all! LOOK AT THESE PICTURES OF THE MOLD HERE SMH

Terrible outdated hotel with very bad service and rooms are not clean with incompetent workers and management is a joke

Someone could do a FOIA request to find out how our stay started off. Yes, the current manager did make every attempt to rectify it- once they were Aware of it... And Cortez was polite on 2nd shift. But as my first impression of Toledo goes, it was more than disappointing. And when it was time to check out, it was apparent that the same employee who refused to do her job when we first arrived was still employed. Shameful. I cannot recommend anything except caution if you are going to book a stay here ...

Checked in yesterday and before check out time housekeeping had cleaned our room unknowingly even before properly checked out and taken our property. This is devastating. We can’t find the things we came with. Our father is in the hospital and now we are inconvenienced housekeeping staff does not know where they put our belongings. We even have a huge cooler missing. This has never happened before at other hotels. We are highly disappointed. No accommodations have been made for us as of now we are still waiting to hear back about our belongings that we’re taken prematurely from the room by the housekeeper. About 15 minutes later, to Side accommodate Just us he was very professional and we appreciate his Didn’t let me Morning help. Also, the customer service lady at the front desk was very helpful as well we were able to retain the cooler we were looking for, but there were other things that we can’t pinpoint.
