This place is a surprising gem. The rooms are fun and clean. My sister and I felt very safe on the grounds and while walking around outside to explore. The hotel has everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. It was never too loud outside and everything is available including drinks, coffee and food. It's fun and the location is perfect for the concert we went to. We stayed 3 nights and I will happily visit again.

The rooms are cute, fun, and thoughtfully designed, and the hotel itself is very well done. Everything was clean, and the location is fantastic—close to great restaurants and plenty of places to explore. We were genuinely loving our stay. And then Saturday night happened. We knew there would be music in the courtyard. What we were NOT prepared for was the hotel essentially turning into a nightclub. When we returned after a long day of exploring and shopping, we couldn’t even find a parking space in the lot we had paid to use because the property was packed with hundreds of people who appeared to be there for the event. That left us in a ridiculous position: even if we wanted to escape the noise and go somewhere else, we were afraid to move our car because we might not have a place to park when we returned. The courtyard—which is also directly outside guest room doors and windows—was packed with people drinking, dancing, yelling, and swearing. People were literally partying directly outside our door and window. The music wasn’t simply “live music in the courtyard.” It was club-level loud. Inside our room, it was still incredibly loud. Forget relaxing in the courtyard. Forget enjoying the hotel. Forget getting some peace in your room. We essentially paid for a hotel experience and then found ourselves trapped in our room while the hotel catered to a massive party outside of it. That is my biggest problem with this experience: hotel guests should come first. I love live music. A lively courtyard can be a fantastic amenity and part of what makes a boutique hotel fun. But there is an enormous difference between live music and turning the center of a hotel—surrounded by guest rooms—into a full-blown club scene. If this is a regular Saturday-night event, guests need to be VERY clearly warned before booking. Tell people exactly what they are signing up for: DJ, extremely loud music, large crowds, heavy drinking, dancing, limited parking, and a party atmosphere directly outside guest rooms. Calling it simply “music” does not adequately describe the experience. The hotel’s event link wasn’t working either, so we had no realistic way to understand the scale or atmosphere beforehand. Had I known what Saturday night would actually be like, I would not have booked this hotel for that night. And thank goodness I didn’t have my children with me. I would have been furious if I had brought my family here expecting a fun boutique hotel and discovered this scene outside our room. There is a lot to love about this hotel, which honestly makes this even more disappointing. Keep the music. Keep the fun atmosphere. But either prioritize the experience of your overnight guests or be completely transparent that on certain nights, you are booking a room inside a nightclub.

This is an older building. The decor was very fun. The bed left a lot to be desired it was firm with dips and made a lot of noise every time I sat or even leaned on it.
