FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel

Blanca was fantastic the hospitality was great and lobby was very modern, she made my experience that much better and was very friendly

Unfortunately I just took this hotel off my places to stay. Many east coasters have moved to Phx Unfortunately they brought their bad ideas with them. Now Phx took over all the parking lots downtown will put a wheel lock on your tire faster than you can check in. This hotel used to give you a parking pass but now that Phx has taken over they won't eat the $33 parking fee. Your only alternative is to pay $40+ for valet. While I was checking in a boot was placed on my tire and when I got to my room I used the qrs code to pay the parking fee. So when I left I had to pay another 200 to get the lock off. I will stay somewhere else, specifically a place that takes care of it's customers.

I had a terrible 1st night of my 2 night stay at Found:Re. My flight was delayed 4 hours and I was coming from the east coast. So all I wanted to do was go to bed when I got to the hotel at 11:30pm. But unfortunately the hotel didn’t have a room for me due to an alleged flooding. They put me at the AC Hotel for the 1st night and they did pay for my stay at the AC Hotel and my cab to and from the AC Hotel. However, I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes for a cab. When I checked in to the AC Hotel I noticed that there was a stack of letters like the letter Found:Re gave me to give to the AC Hotel manager regarding my stay. I get the impression that Found:Re overbooked the rooms that night! I ended up really liking the AC Hotel and would have preferred to just stay there instead of switching back to Found:Re. I had a lot of reservations the day I had to switch hotels and switching hotels was a huge headache and a huge inconvenience. Overall, the Found:Re was ok. The hotel has a nice pool and the hotel staff were really nice. I probably wouldn’t stay at Found:Re again though.

I really wanted to give this hotel a higher rating because the room itself was great, comfortable, cool, and overall very nice. But unfortunately, the parking situation completely ruined my stay. The hotel directed me to use a paid parking lot on-site. I paid $33 for what was labeled as “24-hour parking” around 4 PM, assuming that meant a full 24 hours. The next morning at around 11 AM, I came outside to find my rental car booted with a $120 removal fee. After looking at the receipt from the parking I paid for, I realized the so-called “24-hour parking” actually expired at 11:59 PM the same night (something that was NOT clearly explained). So I essentially paid $33 for only a few hours of parking. To make things worse, when I tried to resolve the issue, the parking company only allows appeals through email (no phone support), and while they agreed to refund the boot fee as a “one-time courtesy,” they refused to refund the parking charges (even though the system is was clearly malfunctioning and very misleading). I even paid another 33$ for parking the following day (hoping that the 24 hours would actually be honored this time...), but once again, I did not get the 24 hour parking. It instead gave me the WRONG date. Ridiculous. The front desk staff was polite, but ultimately the hotel pointed me back to the parking company, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. As a guest, I trusted the hotel’s parking recommendation and ended up dealing with a very expensive and stressful situation instead. I’ve included photos of: -The boot that was placed on the tire -Both parking receipts showing the times and charges -The location of the parking lot and sign that you scan to pay If this issue is addressed, I would absolutely reconsider this rating. But as it stands, I strongly recommend that future guests be extremely cautious with the parking setup here.

Great location for where we needed to be downtown. The hotel had a good restaurant with great food, drinks, and service. The room was dirty feeling. Lots of stained grout. Our shower had a lot of hair in it which made it obvious the shower was not cleaned. Pillows were not comfortable, and felt like lumpy cotton. For a 4 star hotel, it was very disappointing.

The bar staff and the small food counter people are great. Good service. Great upbeat personalities. BUT…. As you can see in other reviews —- the front desk has attitude and not friendly. The hotel. NEVER stay on the pool side of the hotel. Even at 1am. 2am. 3am. All night well after the pool area is closed they blare music ALL NIGHT. We were not even on the first floor and you can hear every word and beat along with the bass all night long. Called the front desk the first night. They said sorry. Is should have been turned off at 10pm. But. Didn’t turn it off. The next day both parties in separate rooms asked the front desk and was told by one staffer that it should be off by 10pm. Then told us 2 hours later in the day that it will play all night and will be that loud all night. “Just how we do it here”. So. If looking to not listening to the same sound track on an hourly repeat all night and morning long — do NOT stay here.

Checking out of the hotel was the best experience I had while staying here . The price of the hotel and the almost 500 dollars in fees to stay at a hotel that didn't have covered or gated parking, basic cable where the channels play that same TV show or movie , the WiFi kicks you off every 5 mins was not worth it . I got charged 120 at check in and randomly 152 and then 27.43 and my final bill from them was 176 and some odd change - charges ranges from , security deposit ( still haven't received it back my card) , a destination fees and then being told I went over my destination fee( they knew how long I was staying there when I booked the hotel . And then other large Destination fee and then my final payment .. I stayed in a standard king room for 4 nights m April 8th through April 13th 2026 and I got stucked into paying way more than I should for extremely poor destination fees and poor excuse of a view , which was a bunch of air conditioners.

Great value. Onsite restaurant was fantastic!

Not only was it affordable I met some pretty cool people here very diverse all the managers and staff go above and beyond they're all amazing it's a very beautiful place filled with all different types of paintings and art on the walls in each art piece in the building is up for purchase and they are done by local Phoenix artists and part of the proceed goes to charity if you're ever looking for a place to come and get away this is it it's even great for a staycation
