Motel 6 Plano, TX - Plano Northeast

Great place to stay. Been living here for a month now Only downside is the ice machine does not work and there is water that leaks into out room from time to time But overall a great place and friendly staff members!

I stayed there on a business trip. I needed to check out early for a family emergency, they gave me some made up reason as to why they couldn’t give me the full amount that was owed back to me even though im sure they will be putting someone in that room charging full price! The housekeepers were constantly barging into my room every morning no consideration. I was woken up by them every morning.

This location is not the worst. The rooms are clean upon arrival, you have motel 6 amenities The cleaning staff is nice, polite, and kind at least the first floor lady. The man that does Room Checks every morning around 10 to 10:30am is a decent guy. he's pretty understanding although you can tell when he's tired of dealing with you. The ladies in the office now that's where it gets tricky. They can be super rude, snuddy, and a bit of we are better than you attitude. The Guys that work in the office are good dudes no complaints on them. The maintenance crew I don't know what they so because our toilet has had issues flushing properly for about a week. We had to go to the office to get the plunger more than once in a week. Overall a decent place to stay. I would book here again.

I stay here when I visit some family in Plano. I stay here because it’s pet friendly. It’s always clean and the parking lot and surrounding area is clean and appears to be safe.

The room seemed like it had a remodel not to long ago. The room over all appeared nice. Until seeing a roach crossing the floor. And after that I think all his roach friends decided to do the same. The noise level wasn’t bad at all. If not for the multiple roaches we saw, I might have considered staying again. But, there are, so no will never stay again and was out of there ASAP.

Clean. Great price. I'd stay again Old. Intermittent internet.

Amazing hotel for the price I paid! We’ve been her for almost two weeks & we feel safe secure and so comfortable. They’ve got everything for your fur babies (potty stations and grass) and a washer/ dryer for your laundry room! The staff is very attentive to your needs, helpful and friendly. Tysm Motel 6 for making our continued stay worthwhile!
