Motel 6 Raleigh, NC - Cary

This hotel has great customer service and my room was very clean. Disha made sure that my stay was great and made sure I had everything that I needed.

The staff always seem to be very kind each and every one of them. They are not banging on your door at 11:00 a.m. insisting that you get out they do give you time to go get the money if you need time to go get the money. Now I'm not saying that they will give you all day or even all afternoon but they will give you a reasonable amount of time. I enjoyed my stay there and will continue to use this location when needed. And I highly recommend them!

The only thing positive I have to say is location was somewhat decent however our rooms are beside the freeway. The cleanliness of this hotel was non-existent The floors hadn't been swept. I got out of the shower and put my towel in the floor because the shower curtain was too short and the floor was soaked. so I had to dry the floor with my towel. The white towel was black, that's how was filthy You can tell by the grout that they do not clean. The only thing that could have possibly been cleaned in that whole room was the sheets I'm hoping the sheets were clean. There was mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain around the doors The window going in the curtain on the back side was covered in mold. Definitely will not stay there again.

The crew did an outstanding job! They repaired my car quickly, and the quality of the work was flawless. My car looks brand new!

Great location great prices rooms are better than you would expect

Staff is always super helpful and friendly in the rooms for the price are better than expected overall if you're looking for a decently priced room without thrills it's the perfect place for you and it's pretty quiet

Great hotel with great customer service always an easy check in. The rooms are clean and the refrigerator and microwave always work. Just a great hotel in general

You pay a lot of money and they don't want to look out to give you a discount not right I don't recommend nobody staying here you can go get a higher in hotel and get treated right

First thing we noticed it was right beside a junkyard. This properties conditions were very poor cockroaches in the room an awful smell coming from the sink the pillows were so flat shredded newspaper would have been more comfortable. Requested towels from the office and before I could use the cockroaches emerged from the towels.

The room was ok, but the service was great.
