The Waypoint Rehoboth

Such a great experience! Check in and out was a breeze. The property and room was extremely clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable and the room was well appointed. I’d definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

I thought this was a great place to stay! It is in town and walking to restaurants and the beach is easy. My room was clean and the sheets were amazing. It is an older style 2 story motel but very much redone and upgraded with of little “boutiquey”touches. Checking in and out was a breeze! I would love to stay here again.

Everything was very clean. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We were there primarily to go to Conch island bar and grill, so the location was extremely convenient. You could also walk to the boardwalk area (about 1 mile).

We stayed one night recently, the location was great for us because it was the part of town we wanted to be in. The sheets and towels were very soft and the room was very nice. We used their contactless check in and check out which was a new experience for us and worked out well. We were able to go strait to our room at arrival and checked out by text the next day. We also appreciated the high quality body wash , shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Overall a very nice place to stay.

We LOVED our stay! We did a spontaneous trip to Delaware for the night. We always stay in Rehoboth and found this new little gem. We have a 5 mo old and 3 year old. We booked the Bunk Suite and it was the perfect amount of space. They provided a pacnplay free of charge. We were planning on one night but then loved it so much we stayed another with this awesome promotion they had! Rooms are clean, bright and modern. No complaints. We will be back!

Easiest checkin , I’ve ever experienced in my life, In the room was extremely clean and modern, plenty of parking, the best shortstop I’ve ever had!

Nice little getaway, nice clean room. No problems checking in or out.

My fiancé and I originally booked our favorite inn, Ocean Glass Inn, for Valentine's Day Weekend, but were emailed Thursday (the DAY before our check in) that we were being moved to the Waypoint due to construction. Upon arrival, the office was closed. The sign said they closed at 6pm and it was only 5:20pm. The room was clean, but very spacious. Not much soundproofing to be had because you can hear EVERYTHING. Between the random, loud clicks in the ceiling, the cars speeding by, and the very noisy neighbors, we did not sleep comfortably at all. There are no curtains, just a single pull blind. Not ideal for 1st floor rooms as you can not get natural light without the world looking in. I would not recommend staying here.
