A very nice upscale hotel. Room was very comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious with made to order omelets.

booked a room there for a weekend canceled two weeks ahead of time they re-rented my road would not give me a refund over charge because it was a football weekend and still kept the money even though they re-rented it which is illegal would not recommend this hotel to anyone they are a bunch Of Grady, individuals could not understand the manager. There was a language barrier. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. And also, I am a diamond Hilton member in Hilton would also not step up and do anything about it

Aiden was working overtime. Helped my family and friends and I get checked in late and when I came down the next morning 10 hours later…my guy is still there. Meeting us each time with a smile and a great attitude. Made a nice hotel with great amenities even better. Well done!

We have stayed in this hotel for many years during the car show held in July. This year we had a room facing the parking lot on the 6 floor and it was lovey and quiet with a king bed and walk-in shower. Very clean. The breakfast is excellent and the cook has a great personality. We also had our dinners in the restaurant. The serve excellent pizza, fish and chips and really good fried chicken sandwich. Happy hour from 5:30 to 7 is great and the 2 lady servers are wonderful. They make a great margaritas and bloody Marys. A few munchies is offered too.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We used to love staying at this hotel, but unfortunately it has gone downhill over our last several visits. We stayed in Room 505, and for nearly $500 per night, we expected a much better experience. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, almost like an ashtray, and there were multiple times when the shower only had cold water with no hot water available. We reported these issues to the front desk. Rather than addressing the problem, staff simply left a spray bottle of cleaner outside our room door. Not only did this fail to resolve the smoke odor, but it was also concerning because we were traveling with a young child and were not informed that the bottle had been left there. We also spoke with the manager, but unfortunately they seemed uninterested in resolving our concerns. After learning we needed to stay an additional night due to a doctor's appointment, we chose to book another hotel instead. I am not willing to risk my health or my child's health by staying in these conditions. Between the heavy smoke odor, the lack of hot water, and the way our concerns were handled, we no longer felt comfortable remaining at the property. This is now the third or fourth time we've experienced unresolved issues at this hotel. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, it's disappointing to see the quality and customer service decline. We hope management takes these concerns seriously so future guests have a better experience.

Wow just checked in to one of the more expensive "corner suites" and boy is it nasty! Nearly every piece of furniture is stained and there is a giant crusty brown spot on the floor! Whats all this debris and hairs near the front door? Gross! Luxurious view as well, lol. And to top it off? The pool is completely broken! Stay anywhere but here.

(07/15/26) Room smells bad. Furniture stained filthy. Carpets probably the smell issue. (04/30/24) Same It's a suite, meaning separate bedroom. Small spaces. The magnifying mirror insert is odd. No more COVID clean, black in corners. The road noise could be heard all night.

It's 1230 at night my rooms Is finally cooling down. The ac was not working. Was told they wouldn't move me bc nothing was open even though online showers different. When I call down stairs I was told the air won't get colder bc it's an energy efficient hotel. I suggest you find another option. Unfortunately I didn't have many!
