Tru by Hilton Syracuse North Airport Area

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. Our room was bright, modern and very clean. Loved the soap and body wash! Our kids loved the common area vibe with colorful, comfy seating and foosball and games. The hot buffet breakfast was great and we loved the pancake machine amd topping bar. Overall a great stay for a great price !

Room had a low ceiling and thin walls. I checked in around 10:30 PM on June 19. The young lady at the front desk was not welcoming and appeared uninterested. There was no smile, greeting, or friendly interaction, which made guests feel unwelcome from the moment they arrived. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, I expected a much more hospitable experience.

Nice and clean! The lobby is has nice colorful and the breakfast was also good. I liked their fitness center too. Overall, great for the price.

I would like to extend a special thank you to Natalia and her coworker—I apologize for not catching his name. They were both incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. Although the hotel room we initially chose wasn’t ready, they quickly accommodated us with another clean room and ensured we were checked in as soon as we arrived around 12 noon. The PM front desk staff was also very pleasant, and the housekeepers were friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the lady who prepared breakfast was kind and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we truly appreciated the excellent service from the entire team.
