Beautiful location and the staff exceeded my expectations in every aspect

Very disappointed with my experience at Home2hilton . After checkout, the hotel kept my security deposit solely because balloons were left in the room and some confetti. No party policy was not presented to me when checking in. They simply just stated no glitter. Which is understandable cause giltter can be a lot but confetti and glitter is two different things. There was no damage, no excessive mess, and no clear explanation provided before charging me. I requested proof/itemized charges and did not receive a fair response. Guests should be aware of how deposits are handled here. Very frustrating experience and poor communication from management

Great night at this hotel. Super clean room, bathroom, lobby, etc. Staff was very friendly. Gym was very well stocked and clean so was nice to use. Walking distance to Walmart and a couple restaurants which was really nice. Breakfast was great and well stocked. All around great stay.

Wonderful curtesy cancellation by Annette. It was an unfortunate last minute issue so we had to cancel our stay. Will definitely stay here the next time we visit our family . Thank you so much for your consideration.

I can’t speak more highly of the hotel and the staff. I had some flooding in my house and had to get out for a few days. Annette helped me immensely through the check in process. As well as the operational manager Albert. The other employees were fantastic and incredibly helpful. Both front desk personnel Isabella and David were absolutely terrific. The staff morale was the best I’ve seen in any comparable hotel…and I have stayed in my share of hotels. This goes for the housekeeping and the staff that handles the breakfast (which is fantastic btw served 6-10 AM). The rooms are spacious and include a kitchen area. The lobby is large and modern & includes a computer, printer and an ATM. Hotel also has an updated exercise room & a pool open from 7 AM- 10 PM. Everything is very clean. The rooms (and entire hotel) are extremely clean and have flatware, silverware, a microwave, a dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. Walmart is in walking distance as well as a bank, Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie, liquor store and even a restaurant. Parking is included and plentiful. 9.6/10. Highly recommended.

Isabella and David are fantastic at the front desl. Olivia is a top notch manager!! Guests are treated like they matter and are never treated as a bother. Rooms are beauriful and spacious. Highly recommended !

If I could give more stars, I would. Albert, the manager, and the staff went above and beyond during my brief stay. Thank you.

Rooms are nice, pool is nice, breakfast is great, service SUCKS! They message you, you message back with any issues. They don’t fix said issues. Simple as that. Had ants in the room the entire stay. Cigarette smell in the room every time the neighboring room would light up. Nothing was done about either. Cleaned the room once during 4 day stay. And didn’t do a good job at all. Housekeeping guy is good at talking and standing around. Door in bathroom and shower did not stay shut.

At the (nonsmoking) Home2Suites Hilton, our room reeks of cigarettes. My parents and our 2-year-old are already asleep in the connecting room, so moving isn’t workable. Reported it by phone and in person, only response so far is a bottle of spray.
