10/10 Excellent hotel, great reception, beautiful, comfortable, and warm rooms. The bathroom has everything you need in abundance; you don't even need to use them for one shower. The heated pool and sauna are incredibly relaxing. The gym is also great, with new equipment. Better than another well-known hotel in Madryn that I won't name.
