Gran Hotel Bristol

The reception service was awful. Beatriz was terrible; she was completely rude, ill-mannered, and disrespectful. We were given stained sheets, we asked for replacements, and they were also stained. The Wi-Fi didn't work well. They make you leave your keys at reception every time you leave. The cleaning staff's service was very good!

The sheets were stained, the towels had holes, and the receptionist, Beatriz, was aggressive and unhelpful. Once you pay, they tell you that you have to leave the keys every time you leave the hotel. The Wi-Fi is terrible, there are very few electrical outlets in the room, and all of them are for bedpans. The cleaning staff was very friendly.

Rooms are a bit small. Some are nice, others not so much. Good cleanliness. The reception staff could use a few more smiles. Nice location. Reasonable prices.

Four of us shared a kitchen for a three-day stay. We had a wonderful time, the staff were very attentive, the amenities were excellent, and everything was spotless. I would love to return with my family.
