Had an amazing unplanned stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Santa Cruz. The hotel’s location is excellent—conveniently situated close to everything you need while still offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The property itself feels very new and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. What truly made the experience stand out was the personalized service. Marcelo was always attentive and professional, but a special thank you goes to Gaby, whose warmth, kindness, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santa Cruz and would gladly stay here again.

Very cozy, the room has a view of the avenue and at night there's a building next door that's illuminated, very chic. The bathroom is very comfortable and even has a bathtub if you want to relax, a comfortable bed and a table with a good chair for working. The breakfast is complete and they vary some items every day, which makes it very tasty and diverse. Excellent hotel, I recommend it.

We had a corporate breakfast buffet for Mother's Day. Excellent service and attention. It was definitely worth it.
