The room smelled terrible.

The room was nice, the staff was always friendly, and the location is a bit out of the way, but public taxis aren't expensive. My bad experience was in the restaurant; they didn't have a variety of juices, only offering me passion fruit juice, and the service was terrible.

Negative Experience Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was not good. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong musty smell in the rooms, as well as the smell of fresh paint, which was quite unpleasant. The pool was dirty, with floating insects and mold, clearly neglected. We had to change rooms three times due to various problems. In one room, a hinge came off when we closed the door. In another, the general conditions were inadequate. Furthermore, there was no shampoo, conditioner, soap, or any other basic hygiene products in the bathroom. The room only had air conditioning. We also had a problem with the vending machine, as a bill got stuck and they initially refused to give it back. The room call buttons don't work, and the elevator is extremely unstable and dangerous.

I do not recommend going to this hotel 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 First of all, it says here that breakfast is free, and that was false. Plus, it literally took two hours to get our breakfast, which ruined our plans to visit other places 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Also, the service is awful 😡😡😡😡😡 They treat you terribly. Unfortunately, as the star rating says, I have to give it one star, but they don't even deserve that, I'm not kidding. So, I do not recommend staying at this hotel 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
