The worst hotel, even for Bolivians themselves. This has been the oldest and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is completely misleading to advertise it as a 5-star hotel. The property is infested with cockroaches, and both the furniture and beds are extremely old and smell bad. The air conditioning units appear to be from the early 2000s; they smell bad and barely cool the rooms. The internet speed is so slow that it's difficult to even use Instagram properly. Furthermore, guests are charged extra for everything, yet the hotel doesn't even provide a decent set of dishes or basic amenities. I will upload photos showing the state of the furniture and facilities. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because the rooms are spacious. The hotel is very far from anything you might need to get a taxi; you can't walk anywhere because the roads around it are dirt tracks. The worst hotel, even for Bolivians themselves.

The experience was awful. Extremely dirty. The kitchen, the furniture, the refrigerator, the microwave were infested with bugs. Cockroaches. The floor was filthy. The pillows smelled awful. And to top it all off, they charged us for a remote control that was never in the room. I absolutely do not recommend it.
