I’ve known this hotel for about 10 years now, and it has always been a solid choice — especially if you’re on a budget. You get a modern, nicely decorated room with a king-size bed, a spacious shower with good water pressure, free parking, and even breakfast included. What more could you ask for?

They used to be my go to hotel when I needed a night in Santa cruz. However, it seems as though new owners took over. And the people are rude, uninterested in their job. The rooms have gotten dirtier, there's bugs. Even their breakfasts have changed. The old staff is gone, probably couldn't stand it. It used to have such a welcoming vibe. Like kindness and hospitality. Now you feel like you're stepping somewhere you shouldn't be. There are plenty of amazing hotels in Santa cruz for the same price and even lower that offer more.

The dentist makes implants in this hotel.

There are a few minor imperfections, but other than that, an amazing place. 100% recommended.
