Pousada Villa Dei Fiori

It's like a prison; at 10 PM you're forced to stay in your rooms, you can't go down to the street, there's no internet in the rooms and no mobile phone network works either. Worst hotel I've ever seen.

I've been going to this inn since before the pandemic. The first time I went with my wife, we were very well received, the breakfast was simple but very good, and the service was very attentive. I emphasize that the entire inn was occupied by families. The second time I went in 2025, a good part of the entire inn was occupied by workers responsible for recovering the region from the floods that occurred in 2024. But the breakfast had already been moved to the new location, which was located on the fifth floor of the new building, where the new reception was also located. In February 2026, we returned to the place, also because we always liked the place very much. Unfortunately, what we have to report is a warning to anyone who wants to find a place in Bento Gonçalves. This time the inn was practically taken over by workers, it no longer resembled a family-friendly place, loud music, people talking loudly all day long. The place itself had become lodging for the workers involved in the reconstruction of the city and no longer a family-friendly inn. The area that was originally intended for breakfast, which was not only more convenient but also had a beautiful view and served as a reception area, has simply been deactivated. The area used to serve as a mess hall for the workers is also the chosen location to serve breakfast to guests, in addition to being the reception area. Added to this is a very weak breakfast with no options. In short, the place has completely declined in quality. We strongly advise against staying at this location; there are places at practically the same price with absurdly superior quality, such as the Tri Hotel, for example.

The place is nice and has decent infrastructure, the double bed is good, gas shower, poor sound insulation, and simple breakfast. It would have been a better experience if it weren't for the fact that there are many male guests staying there because they work on highway construction. This causes embarrassment, and I had the misfortune of one of these guests being intoxicated...

A complete and superbly located guesthouse in a very peaceful area! Excellent accommodations, including a swimming pool!!! You can easily spend time at the guesthouse itself!!!

Great, typical Italian breakfast! And clean, comfortable rooms!

Let's see. Dirty bathroom, smelly blankets. Very poor breakfast. On New Year's Eve 25/26, noise until 4:30 am without the management intervening (it's a guesthouse!). I don't recommend it and I won't be back.

I was enchanted by the scenery surrounding the inn; the place where breakfast is served, besides being welcoming and cozy, exceeded my expectations 😍
