Terrible experience Bed linens were stained and it was clear that the sheets hadn't been changed by the previous guest. The pillows were UNSANITARY, yellow and without protectors; to be able to sleep, we had to buy some at a market near the hotel. The TV didn't work any day; we complained to the employee who didn't care at all. The breakfast was lamentable, TERRIBLE, little variety of fruits, cold coffee and scrambled eggs with a lot of OIL. And the tablecloth for breakfast was an old, worn-out sheet, a horror. There was no hot water for showering; when I asked the employee, she said the boiler was at 36º, never in such a cold place would the water get hot. The same employee does the check-in, check-out, and attends to the kitchen and the rooms. It seems the owner is focused on housing flood refugees, accommodations paid for by the state government of Rio Grande do Sul. We will NEVER return.
The place smells musty. Dirty rooms. Poor bathrooms. If you complain about the services at reception, the service gets even worse.
Worst inn I've ever stayed at in my life.
Nice guesthouse, clean rooms, but lots of men drinking around the guesthouse! Which ended up being a bit annoying!
For those who rely on Uber, when the gate upstairs is closed, it becomes difficult to get the service, since the drivers don't want to get out of the vehicle to use the intercom. For those who want to make the journey on foot, it's a real ordeal, as they have to climb a tremendous hill inside the property.
This place looks like a prison; after 10 PM you can't walk in the hallways anymore, there's no working internet, the laundry service at the hotel was terrible—white clothes mixed with work clothes, and they stained two of my husband's white shirts. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
