My experience at the Hotel Mont Blanc was reasonable. The location is good and makes it easy to get around the Bento Gonçalves region. As areas for improvement, I would highlight the parking, which is underground and has narrow access, making maneuvering and parking a bit difficult. The rooms are simple and the acoustics leave something to be desired, making it easy to hear the movement of guests and luggage passing through the corridor. In the room I stayed in, the shower had constant temperature variations, alternating between very hot and cold, and also lacked adequate pressure for a more comfortable shower. Another aspect that caught my attention was the absence of a duvet; a sheepskin-type blanket was provided instead. On the other hand, the reception staff were extremely polite, hospitable, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast also deserves mention, with good variety and quality, being, in my opinion, the highlight of the hotel. Finally, I missed having a more comfortable space to relax and enjoy a beer or a drink. The options available are limited, basically stools or areas to stand. Overall, the hotel is adequate for practical and well-located accommodation, but there are some areas that could be improved to provide greater comfort to guests.

Nice place, a super tasty breakfast, but it lacked just one little thing that could have made a big difference: slippers in the room, those really simple ones made of towels. In a cold place, having to get out of the shower barefoot is difficult. Because when we go to a cold place, the last thing we remember to pack is slippers. This isn't a criticism, just a suggestion.

The receptionists were very polite and attentive, however, the cleanliness left something to be desired. We stayed 4 days at the hotel and, on the first day, the room wasn't even cleaned. After that, I had to ask them to clean it and change the bed linens. The sheet was smaller than the bed and kept coming off, so we slept two nights practically without sheets. The cleaning staff only made the bed, but didn't collect the trash from the room, the bathroom remained dirty, and the dust from our hair that we dried accumulated behind the door until the day we left. In addition, the double bed was small. The hotel has a good structure and the breakfast is tasty, however, if there were better cleaning, the other issues wouldn't be so bothersome. And the daily rate wasn't exactly cheap. I hope they improve the cleanliness, because it makes all the difference in the guest experience.

The service from the reception team was excellent. Attentive and trilingual. Congratulations. I recommend them.

The hotel is very cozy, the reception service is excellent, and the breakfast is very good! I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the city, I will definitely return.
