Hotel is very outdated... But they do have windows one can open so that is a plus. Has a tiny gym but one has access to the big gym at house D. You will have to ask for a towel for the gym because they do not have any there. According to the trainee, in Brazil they don't have the costume to have towels at the gym because they do shower and that is more of a German thing based on the memes she has seen... I explained that is more of European thing (I'm swedish) and it has to do with hygiene and that is very strict with that. Some have even been restricted for not using a towel when working out. So yeah, actively ask for a towel for the gym. Even if we had to send online passport information, they wrote that my nationality was German... Just because my husband is German? Again I'm swedish... Location is good. They are two shopping malls in walking distance. Breakfast is good! Coffee not so.

Very centrally located and easily accessible, that's undeniable. Just one block from shopping centers and various dining options. The staff is quite attentive and very clear in explaining the amenities or answering any guest questions. The rooms are quite spacious and include a sitting area, but there are no blackout curtains. The room cleaning leaves much to be desired. I found hair on the sofa bed, where I sat for a long time and had to get up after being bitten all over. The double beds are a standard size, with pillows that aren't very comfortable. The faucets need some maintenance; they're very noisy and leaky. The air conditioning is fine, although the soundproofing is quite poor.

They couldn't locate the paid reservation, we were charged twice, and we spent two hours at reception.

Well located, spacious room, everything very good. The lack of direct lighting is sometimes a little annoying, but nothing major. Very good breakfast. Warning: Don't go near the mini-bar, it's a fortune! 3 waters, 1 beer, 2 mini fries and 1 cereal bar = R$ 125.00. More expensive than a meal at Outback, I found that absurd and I think there should be a visible price list. But apart from that, it's a great hotel.

What a sensational hotel! It was worth every penny spent here. Attentive staff, beautiful facilities, a huge hotel complex with space for congresses and events. Delicious restaurant, as was the breakfast. The rooms are spacious, with balconies, luggage storage, etc. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Brasília. It's located in the southern hotel sector, very close to the panoramic TV tower.

We booked a 4-night stay and, after the first night, we experienced back pain due to the poor condition (sagging on one side) of the mattress in room 1204. We requested a mattress or room change and were not accommodated. We turned the mattress ourselves for the remaining nights, and we suffered back pain every day we stayed at the hotel. We chose the hotel for its comfort and proximity to the location where we were taking a course; our experience was tragic, as we only wanted to rest. The breakfast is excellent, the staff are polite, but unfortunately this problem occurred.
