The hotel looks nice inside and out. Upon entering, everything is very clean, with a café and tempting pastries. However, the staff leaves much to be desired. The receptionist during the day is not very friendly; she has a sour face and barely even greets you. At night, Doña Isidora is a real pain—rude, arrogant, and arrogant. She responds rudely, but she's good to talk to, as I saw her with some guests, haha. Don Sergio, the night watchman, is a very polite and pleasant gentleman. The room has a mini-fridge, a mirror, and an extremely small TV with English channels. The TV is very old. The toilet was broken; you had to remove the lid to flush. The pillows were quite bad; we had to ask for two more. The towels, which were white at one time, are now stained. The cleaning lady, a dark-skinned woman, was very nice, but I didn't get a chance to ask her name. Breakfast was good and varied. The restaurant and bar are open until 11 pm with room service, and there were two friendly waiters. However, the head chef, Mrs. Marisel, was unpleasant and pushy; she acted like she owned the hotel. My partner was sick, so I asked to have breakfast delivered, but they said nothing could be taken to the room. When we ordered food from the restaurant to our room, it was allowed because it was an extra charge and not included in the nightly rate. Finally, Mrs. Marisel told me I could have tea and bread. Every time I saw her, she was chatting and eating... A young man at the café near the entrance was very attentive and friendly. The hotel has a good location, close to shops, a plaza, pharmacies, etc. It's in the city center and seems quiet at night. The only problem is the rats roaming outside; it's a parade of them. I mentioned it to the waiter, and he said yes, but they're outside the hotel. There's a bathroom near the reception; it's clean and nice, but there's no toilet paper. The other thing is that it's noisy at night and also inside the hotel during the day. During the day, they have tables and chairs for eating outside, and you can also leave your luggage in the reception area for a while. It's easy to get to public transportation, and its location is good since it's in the city center and everything is nearby.

I attended an event, so I can't comment on the rooms.

I was expecting a good experience, but the room maintenance was poor. There was a bad smell in the rooms, frequent cigarette odors permeating the curtains and bedding, and the bathroom towels were in bad condition. If you're staying with your family and young children, I wouldn't recommend it.
