Apart Hotel Uman

An incredible experience! Upon arrival, we received a wonderful welcome and were shown to our room. The staff was incredibly friendly, and inside, you couldn't hear a thing from outside. It's centrally located with plenty of shops and restaurants. A truly unique and highly recommended experience.

It's an excellent place; I always choose it when I'm in Concepción on business. The apartments are cozy, the location is great, it's pet-friendly, the staff is friendly, the cleanliness is impeccable, the internet is good, and so on. I highly recommend it.

Good central and clean location, but they need to pay attention to details like repairing damaged furniture and door handles, which reduces the security of the bedroom.

Good service and price. The only downside was the poorly ventilated bathroom and the smell.

Good location near restaurants at the university. Flexible check-in. Our room had a small kitchenette (without a stove!) and a desk. Everything was very old and run-down, and the cleanliness left much to be desired.

I've been there many times, but this time I was in a room without windows... It made things difficult, to be honest.

Excellent location. Cleanliness, service, and very close to the University of Concepción (UdeC), where I had to go daily, so it was perfect. The only downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, but I hope they'll have it by my next visit. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, excellent.
