I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday the 17th for myself and my mother, but they only scheduled me. I found out today, Saturday the 21st, when they called to confirm the appointment, saying there were no more openings. The young woman who answered was very rude and didn't schedule the appointment I requested.

Always excellent service, cleanliness, and good infrastructure.

Bad experience. We made a reservation at 7 pm for the "Spa for Two" package, which included two appetizers, two massages, and two afternoon teas. We arrived 15 minutes early at reception, where they didn't explain anything. Even when we asked how everything worked, they simply told us to go up to the second floor. Two people came out there, and when we told them we had afternoon tea, they said we had to go down to the cafeteria and ask them to "save" it for us because they closed at 8 pm. We paid for a service, not to have to rush through a meal in 10 minutes. I don't think they should schedule a service with afternoon tea included if they close at 8 pm. I don't recommend it.

Very good for resting

Very good massage, but the food menu needs updating. Yesterday we visited the spa thanks to a gift card (“Spa for Two”) and the experience had its high points and areas for improvement. Highlights: • Service and Massage: The reception was very quick. The simultaneous relaxation massage was good; it created an atmosphere of total relaxation. • Appetizers: The Pisco Sours (which we chose as an aperitif) were exquisite, some of the best I've ever had. Constructive suggestion (Attention vegetarians): Our gift card included a “Sharing Platter.” However, we were served two dishes (one shrimp and one chicken with cream sauce) which, although they looked good, are not suitable for vegetarians like us. When we asked for a meat-free alternative, we were informed that there were no other options. In today's world, where vegetarianism is so common, we feel it's essential that a wellness center as lovely and professional as this one offers a plant-based option by default or, at the very least, inquires about dietary restrictions before serving. It was a shame we couldn't enjoy the snacks after such a relaxing experience. We left hungry. This place has incredible potential, and improving this aspect of dietary inclusivity would greatly help them retain all types of customers.

I like the Turkish bath and sauna circuit, but this time I decided to go for the package that includes the circuit plus a "mixed" massage, which is supposed to be a deep tissue massage plus relaxation. Unfortunately, the relaxation massage was anything but relaxing. If I had wanted a massage like that, I would have just asked my mom to rub my back, and that would have been it. I was really disappointed. Before starting the massage, the woman asked me if there was any area that hurt so she could focus on it, but I NEVER imagined she would give me a STRONG massage only in that one area, and she was very rough; it hurt a lot (deep tissue massages hurt, but this was brutal). I was left wanting a massage on my lower back, the other side of my shoulder blade, and the left side of my neck. I get massages once a month, and it was a big mistake to get this monthly massage here. Regarding the saunas, I suggest a bit more cleaning in the shower and sink areas. There were bits of hair, and some of the sinks were clogged. And please remove the clocks from the massage area; it's too difficult to relax with a ticking sound for 50 minutes. Please replace them with digital clocks.
