Playa stay work and Play
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach and restaurants, as well as its cleanliness and good breakfast. However, a significant complaint is the unreliable Wi-Fi and disruptive noise from other guests, particularly those from mining companies, which some found unbearable.

In the 3 days I was there I was never able to connect to wifi with my phone, tablet or computer. The staff was didn’t make any effort for solutions and thus I never had internet during my stay. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well located.
Nice place, spacious and clean rooms, within walking distance of the beach. The receptionist was very helpful.
Terrible infrastructure. It's impossible to find peace and quiet in the rooms on the second floor because they receive people from mining companies. These people are often ill-mannered and watch football matches at high volume. Then, at dinnertime, the noise from these people—shouting, clapping, and laughing—becomes unbearable. The worst experience ever.
The hotel's location is excellent, just steps from Cavancha Beach. There are many restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to downtown Iquique (I personally love walking), and I even walked to the Esmeralda viewpoint. The breakfast was good, the cleanliness was excellent, with fresh sheets and towels changed daily, good privacy, and a nice view. Accessibility was easy, even with the staff. It was a very good experience. I would definitely return.
