The hotel is well located, close to points of interest; however, the intersection where it's situated has heavy traffic, which can be somewhat bothersome if you book a room with an exterior view. The room cleanliness was exceptional; the only drawback is that you can hear the noise from the TVs in other rooms. Also, the entrance to the parking lot can be awkward for large vehicles.

This is our second time at this hotel. My previous stay was fine; we had no problems with visiting hours. This last time, however, they wouldn't let a family member go up to our room for even a moment, and it was in the afternoon, even after telling the receptionist it would only be for a few minutes. I found it a bit ridiculous. This is the first hotel where we've had this problem. The hotel itself is very good in terms of the rooms and location; it's a shame because the hotel is very welcoming.

The hotel is relatively new, with only two years of operation, and both the rooms and services appear modern and well-maintained. The parking area is easy to access, though exiting can be tricky at first; however, it becomes manageable once you get used to it. Check-in is fast, and the customer service team is friendly and attentive. The first issue we encountered was a stained mattress protector, which the hotel replaced within two hours. We chose to stay for several days, but unfortunately, the hot water only worked about half the time. A recommendation for the owners and managers: in most hotels I have visited, guests receive at least 1.5 liters of water per person free of charge. Here, that is not included, and offering it could significantly improve the guest experience. And if you avoid that because of pet bottle contamination, there are, filters you can have in social areas to let people take water from there in their own bottles. For future visitors, bottled water can be purchased at the D1 store located just one and a half blocks away. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring a large closet, a cabinet, a small kitchen, a microwave, air conditioning, and a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix. Another suggestion for management would be to provide a luggage cart, which would make it easier for guests to carry their bags to their rooms. Last night, the other guest was drunk and was making noises, and woke up.
