This hotel shouldn't be rated as a 4-star hotel, and I don't think it qualifies as a boutique hotel either. It's a decent hotel, but more suited to a family stay or a one- or two-night stay in the city. Several rooms are still under construction and lack many details (exposed electrical wiring, unpainted walls, etc.). The breakfast is basic, and the young man at reception could improve his service. The best thing about this hotel is its location. I think it could be significantly improved.
The room and the hotel were fine, but the cleanliness was terrible. The bathroom was dirty and the shower floor was infested with larvae and drain flies (Psychoda).
First, we arrived ar 2:38 p.m., we were told we couldn't check in, yet. We were told to come back at 3:00. Silly, I know. The next morning we were charged 20 thousand pesos (10 dollars) for 2 extra eggs we ordered with out meal. Overall, however, the place was very nice ans clean.
