⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I rented a Day Use apartment (from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with Asunción Rent Suites Centro, in The One Downtown building, and the experience was excellent. From the moment you arrive, the good organization is evident. The building has its own parking distributed across four levels, with a car lift/elevator that takes you to your assigned level. It's modern and practical. At reception, they give you the magnetic key and instructions for your stay. Upon entering the apartment, the immediate feeling was one of spaciousness, cleanliness, and order. It's a large, open-plan space with a kitchen, dining area, and living room all in one area, plus a guest bathroom and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Very bright and with a privileged view of the Asunción riverfront. The location is excellent: you can walk to both the waterfront and the city center, including Palma Street, and it's just one block from Casa Clari, with a spectacular view of the López Palace. The apartment is very well-equipped: refrigerator, stove, mixer, complete set of dishes—everything a couple needs to stay comfortably and cook if they wish. It has air conditioning in both rooms and Wi-Fi. The en-suite bedroom is spacious and very comfortable. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is well-equipped (including a bidet and glass shower screen). As an improvement, I would suggest slightly enlarging the shower screen, as some water gets on the floor when showering. The building also offers access to a pool, hot tub, and gym on the top floor (I didn't use them, but they are available), which adds value to the stay. Additionally, the reception staff informs guests that extra towels can be requested if needed. In terms of value for money, I found it fair. The service was very good, and I would definitely return. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the center of Asunción with comfort, a good location and complete services.
