Hotel Premier Hill

Lovely place! Nice pool in summer

It has some rustic charm but so many things are in need of repair. The water never got hot, for example. Front desk staff tried to charge me extra to check-in early even though a room was available and it was raining. When I said no, they told me the check-in time was 2pm and not 1pm like my reservation said. At this rate, there are better options.

Old-fashioned decor with a classic style, but everything is well-organized. Clean hotel, very kind and attentive staff. The room has a mini-fridge and air conditioning.

The information they provide is inaccurate. We stayed last year, and the hotel's upkeep was terrible. We complained that the heating wasn't working, and instead of fixing it, they gave us a couple of blankets. The hot water was even worse; it seemed like they were trying to save money on electricity. The reception staff were polite, and the breakfast was passable. It was expensive for the price, considering our experience, which is why we moved to another hotel. We were supposed to stay for 20 days, but we left on the second day. Now we're returning to Paraguay for a couple of months, and I wouldn't dream of going back.
