Central location, comfortable rooms. I recommend it.

I loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful when asking for advice on places to visit. The rooms are cozy and everything is clean. They have places to chat and have your meals, and the best part is the location, just one block from the Plaza de Armas; everything is within walking distance.

The location is central and clean; they lent us a dryer and cutlery. However, they weren't attentive with refills of soap and toiletries.

The bedding is comfortable, the room nicely decorated, however, the street-facing room is extremely noisy, due to the lack of double glazing... Basically, it's quiet from midnight until 5 a.m. The location is ideal and the breakfast is plentiful, though.

The accommodation was very nice and breakfast was included. The only thing I didn't like was that at the end, when I checked out, they charged me an additional tax on top of what I had already paid for my stay, and they didn't give me a receipt.

It's a shame the staff at this place don't provide good service or seem unwilling to help. I also found two hairs that weren't mine as soon as I arrived, and they didn't help me clean the room at all during my two-day stay.

A very nice hotel that we stayed in for couple of nights. The Location is perfect in the middle of the downtown. No parking there! We had a car, so there is 2 inside parking near the hotel 5 min walk, for 3 days it costs us 120 soles. The service is great, they were so nice. The rooms are clean and well located. Wasn't noisy at all. The breakfast was included, we really enjoyed it. I would go there again.
