Not recommended, everything is in terrible condition

Rooms are spacious, the hotel has an "fake luxury" style, not very practical not welcoming, but our room had a huge bed and a spa, so that was great. Breakfast is not worth it, the worst we had in 10days in Peru.

During my stay, everything was great, excellent.

The stay at the hotel was very bad. From the beginning, the reception staff were unfriendly and the service was poor. Furthermore, when we asked for basic necessities, they refused to provide them. Overall, the experience was negative.

Everything was beautiful. During our stay, room service wasn't available during the scheduled hours. But it truly is an amazing room, with a jacuzzi and sauna. The air conditioning was perfect. The service was good, respectful, and attentive—very good, but not excellent.

Excellent service from the waiters and all the staff in general. Highly recommended!

For the buffet on the second floor, our reservation for 19 people resulted in very cramped seating, very little variety of food, and it was very spicy. The orchestra was too loud for such an enclosed space, especially since we were seated right next to the speaker. Customer service was good.

My experience at this hotel did not meet my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was inadequate, not even responding to my greeting, which created a poor first impression. The elevator was not clean. The double room I stayed in had a significant accumulation of dust, and the sheets were not in optimal hygienic condition. Furthermore, the airport pickup service is excessively expensive for what it offers, so I would not recommend it. I believe the hotel needs to significantly improve both its customer service and cleanliness standards to provide an experience that lives up to its promises.
