Terrible service from the receptionist. In my 51 years of staying in hotels, this is the worst staff. We were notified that a family of four—two adults and two children—would be arriving today, Monday, June 8th. They were traveling by road and would arrive at 2:00 AM, and the receptionist said okay. When they arrived at the hotel a little later, the receptionist, Alexander Brito, was awful. The service was appalling. I don't know where that man got his education or if he was put there to cover an emergency position. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. If you don't believe me, check the reviews first. Something I didn't do before contacting them. The security guard was much friendlier. We went to a hotel in Plaza Venezuela, where the service was pleasant, as it should be when providing a service. If you have guests arriving in the early hours of the morning, you should treat them with kindness. You have no idea how rough their journey has been, traveling on the road to finally feel safe, only to receive the worst treatment from someone who was annoyed because he perhaps had to wake up to do his job. No way, that receptionist was a complete idiot. I guess he's just following orders. Because in the end, when we were trying to figure out where to stay, he told us he had other options! Go to the Lexington Hotel and another one he mentioned. It's really terrible. NOVO NOT RECOMMENDED
