Hotel with very good facilities, comfortable and spacious rooms, two restaurants, a generator (it doesn't power the lights but it does power the air conditioning), a large and clean bathroom, a wonderful shower, and they provide 500ml bottled mineral water (quite an achievement in Maracaibo). The pillows could be improved, and they could provide more soap (I was in a triple room and they only provided one bar). Good service and atmosphere at the Girasol Restaurant (which revolves), and good value for money.
