About the event

This gathering is a casual but intentional evening for the organizers of queer events in NYC to connect, swap ideas, and build stronger community together.
Past mixers have brought together 40+ organizers, including nightlife producers, queer bar owners, sports and social groups, dating event hosts, mutual aid organizers, DJs, and many more people making queer events happen.
Expect to:
🌈 Meet other organizers working across NYC
🌈 Trade stories, challenges, and best practices
🌈 Find collaborators, resources, and future partners
🌈 Have a drink, unwind, and leave with fresh connections
When: Wednesday, November 4, 2026 6-8p
Where: Location available upon RSVP – A queer cocktail bar in the Lower East Side
Cost: Free to attend, RSVP required.
We also have a WhatsApp group so the connections don’t end when the night does – you’ll have the option to join after the event.
Come hang out, share what you’re working on, and make connection!
