Everything was super nice. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was amazing. But the location is not really pleasant at the moment, with the snow and really cold and strong winds. Other than that there is nothing to complain about

It's a small place for the night. Funky smell when first entering the room. A little window opening does the trick, not a whole lot to say as it's def not city hotel. Asked for security footage about a situation that happened. Went and asked to check details but the one worker told me that some cameras don't work on a section of the main floor by the far doors. Very odd but not much I can do about that. Maybe want to get that looked at. Front desk lady was nice and helped with what I needed.

Very nice hotel with very clean rooms. Just the location of the hotel has alot of homeless people nearby and they can cause a bit of chaos outside.

Bed was quite small.( for 2 tall and fluffy people) Room was older but quite clean. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a room with an outside door. Only issue was that people parked in front of our door so we couldn't and at 530am multiple loud diesel trucks started up outside our door. Mb assigned parking spaces would be better?

The young Lady at the front Desk was a wonderful soul. She had come in to help on her day off and still had a smile on her face. She went over and above for us. I can’t deal with cold. It’s part of my disability. I wanted to go swimming with our grandchildren so she put us literally across from the pool! I am so thankful and grateful for this. Neither my husband nor I can remember her name. We both hope that she has many, many blessings coming her way. Our room was clean, freshly vacuumed and cozy. I enjoy an armchair in the corner for reading! Very nice room. The hot tub and pool are very nice! Hot tub at 102, pool is naturally cooler afterwards but still… The WATER SLIDE is fun! 🤩

Had a nice stay here, clean bedrooms and clean pool area. Will go back again

Tried calling twice to get some information on my reservation for one of the meeting rooms since the confirmation email I got didn't have the right information. The person answering the phones picked up my calls and instantly hung up. Very rude.

Called to book a room, I’m pretty sure English was not the lady’s first language as I had to repeat everything I asked about. I think they must use a VOIP phone system as it was a horrible connection. The rate quoted was ridiculous! Last time I stayed there was likely $50 a night cheaper and it’s not a fancy hotel. Yes there is a pool and hot tub but if you’re not in the main building it’s a pain.

Found hair stuck in the towels, dusty around floor rowards edges of bathroom and main room. Very noisey. Kids running up and down the halls at 6am. At one point kids were hitting a ball up the wheelchair ramp outside our room in the hallway at 9am. Breakfast was really not well managed. Dirty counters, tongs not used for food items... we ended up getting coffee only and paid for breakfast on the road. The staff at the front desk were really pleasant and friendly. The beds were actually pretty comfortable. Would have liked a thicker blanket. Very.cold through the night, -40°Celsius overnight, -30° Celsius through the day.

The service is outstanding! Best front desk assistants ever!! Our hockey team stayed the weekend and they helped us out the best they could with a meeting room and our rooms were located in the north building so we didn't bother to many others with 7-9 year old boys ripping around the main hotel. The pool was a perfect place for them to burn off some energy but it sure filled up Saturday night! The only minus was the breakfast protein is kept all frozen and there was only 2 microwaves to heat up eggs, sausage and the like for 40 people who all had to leave by 7am... Everyone would definitely stay again if the hockey team visits Wetaskiwin again!
