Our room was uncleaned when we arrived. They moved us and the second room had a pill bottle with crushed pills on the ground and condoms under the sofa bed and employee came in and picked up what he could and swept the rest under a bed.
Excellent customer service. Prime location, walking distance to IKEA and food. Free parking. Close to Niagara fall and Toronto. Go train service near by to reach those destination.
Stayed 2 months and have nothing but praise for management
Only good thing about the room was newer floors. Bed was way too soft and pillowcases stained terribly. Pillows themselves were lumpy and uncomfortable. Hairs in bathtub and bath mat was filthy. We didn't use it. The motel seems to attract a certain night clientele that I really don't want to be near. The room was in my husband's name. I stayed there and this review is legit. The fire alarm in the room kept going off disturbing our sleep. We told them we had to leave early on checkout day and were assured someone would come to the desk but we buzzed and buzzed and no one came so we had to go to Toronto for an early appointment then come back in rush hour traffic to get our cash deposit back. So we wasted OUR time and gas because no one came to the desk earlier when we needed to leave.
one star doesn’t do it justice, this place is entirely filthy, bathrooms gross (hair on toilet and towels just in a dish unfolded more than likely unwashed), hand prints on the head board, dust and grime everywhere, cigarette ash and trash in the nightstands, the place smelled like stale cigarettes and meth, and to top it off the fire alarm was covered up on the roof ! this place is a heath and safety hazard. Had no option to add photos on this review but if anything this has downplayed the state this place is in. disgusting.
The staff member at check-in was great; nice and friendly. It goes downhill from there. First of all, the door to the room was warped. You could only shut it properly from the inside without slamming the door. The TV didn't work. Correction: the TV worked but the cable didn't. The room is in SERIOUS need of a paint job; especially behind the chair in the room. The mattress was so awful! I swear it hasn't been changed from the 70s. Hardly any padding, you could feel the springs, and the mattress was noisy. There was a hooker at the hotel. I know this because I took my dog out for a pee and a girl asked me if I wanted to "party". Ya...no thanks. I stayed at this motel a few weeks ago and the room was SO much better. So if you ever stay in the motel, I hope you dont get room 35.
