Knights Inn Burlington, ON

Recently on a wee tour around, I stayed at the Knights Inn motel in Burlington. Located on Plains Rd. it was close to a laundromat, an excellent restaurant called the Skyway diner and a Walmart. While the motel was not as 'pristine' as us Canadians seem to like, my sheets and towels were clean and the water hot. As a pensioner I appreciated the good price which appealed also to my frugal Scots nature. I would not have stayed as long as I did without feeling safe. Excellent locks on re-inforced doors and two very 'burly' night attendants! Thanks to Bharat and Nalina Patel . I'm looking forward to seeing you'all again. Take care.

Had a wonderful experience staying in the kitchenette for one week. The staff were available for everything we needed and asked for. Housekeeping was on top of everything daily and made sure we always had fresh towels and clean room daily. Very good service.

It was clean and in respectable condition.

It was quiet, $100 for the night and I slept well so it's hard to complain too much but I will say the picutres are quite old or there is a room that just photographs better. There was light coming in under the door and just sort of a run down feel. Again it was $100 so I got what I paid for.

terrible avoid!

DO NOT SLEEP HERE! This place is VERY dated. There were 2 lamps in my room, one of which didn't have a bulb, same with the lights in the bathroom. The shower had a long hair stuck to the wall and I was greeted by a centipede in the bathtub. The mini-fridge didn't close properly, the thermostat didn't work, so a plug-in spacer heater was the "substitute". The way the power bar was set up is a violation of the fire code. And I had to wipe pieces of dirt and hairs off my bed sheet before I could sleep, I'm surprised there weren't any bed bugs. Anyway, a very dirty and disappointing experience, will NEVER stay here again.

A great place to stay for our visit to the area. Room service and location definitely great with very comfortable clean rooms. Was afraid from some reviews but so glad I chose the place.

A Plains Rd Icon, this historic motel is mixed within the aging 60s era strip plazas, modern gas stations and even a MacDonalds. This reluctant little white diamond of a motel holds steadfast against a tsunami of beige Lego-boxs, their 24/7 elevator music of corporate Orwellian haze filling the air. There’s a past here that’s easily remembered and not quite like anything else. If this is the kind of place you’re looking for, then this is exactly the kind of place you’re looking for! - 5 Stars! Not for the concierge, but because it has a soul.

Excellent place to stay with this price range.

Avoid this place please

staff is absolutely phenomenal, rooms are dated, but decent, the entire hotel is incredibly clean. Would stay here again.

Booked for my daughter and a school collegue for a conference. Had to check out a day early due to family emergency. Refused to refund second night - no policy online stating that they would not refund. Was told by the Manager that I would get a call back. They never called back and did not return future calls. Asked Expedia to assist and the "inn" refused again. DO NOT STAY HERE.
