DO NOT BOOK HERE! We booked 2 weeks ahead, they took out fees from our account and when we got to the hotel we were rudely told they didn't have a room for us and there was nothing they could do for us. Terrible experience very rude staff!
This place is good from afar but far from good. The pictures online are a bit deceiving. Maintenance is way behind and it shows. It's a bed and for walls but its run down and dirty. It is priced lower so keep that in mind.
Called to see if they had any rooms for rent and the lady on the phone said yes. I wanted to book a room with my credit card and then the lady said first person here takes it no reserving rooms. Then proceeded to tell me that someone just called her and said they were coming for the room. Then, I told her I thought you said there's no reserving rooms.You said there was lots of rooms. No ma'am sorry no rooms left. Horrible customer service.

I booked a non-refundable room by mistake and then read the mixed reviews. My expectations were low - hoping for no bed bugs, but was ready to skip to another hotel if I see anything crawling. The room definitely had seen its days and was updated. Bed was big, comfortable. Floor is non-fiber, so easier to clean. The only thing was the history of smoke in the air. You get what you paid for. Ok for a quiet overnight stay. I got my deposit back no problem when checking out.
We have stayed here twice now only because of the location and price is great. Our room seemed like it was falling apart this time. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder, the shower drain could have cut your toe, the plugs were dirty and we didn’t have a lamp. The neighbourhood seems safe, it isn’t noisy and has plenty of restaurants close by. The bedroom itself was fine for a night stay and bed was comfy. The plus was there was no bugs and it worked for the night.
