Natalia provided very professional service. The dishes were well described and beautifully presented. The beef tartare was amazing. The non-alcoholic pairings were very original. The decor was lovely. I can't wait to go back.

Wedding anniversary dinner! We opted for the 8-course tasting menu! It was a huge wow! We loved everything! So much finesse and artistry in every dish we ate! Special mention to the restaurant staff who were so attentive and professional! We will definitely be back!

A truly memorable experience that I'll cherish for a very long time: an eight-course gastronomic experience with phenomenal flavors, complemented by a five-course wine tasting menu if you're adventurous like me and enjoy exploring wines from lesser-known regions! My absolute favorite was the duck breast with raspberry sauce and peas—a first for me, wow! Everything was sophisticated and expertly prepared, offering an exceptional blend of flavors. The service was outstanding; you feel welcomed and treated like royalty, haha, probably because my astrological sign is Leo and I went on my birthday in August 😉 I highly recommend it. Treat yourself; these little pleasures in life are priceless. Bravo to the entire team and the restaurant for this wonderful discovery.

Bouillon Bilk is one of those restaurants that truly stands out, from the first glance to the last bite. Everything is remarkably executed: the quality of the ingredients, the precision of the cooking, the depth of flavors, the meticulous presentation, and above all, the skilled, generous, and deeply attentive staff. The experience not only met our expectations, it far exceeded them. Special mention goes to the remarkably delicate lobster, the perfectly prepared duck, and the cauliflower with foie gras, a dish as elegant as it was delicious. Even the desserts seem to have come straight from an artist's studio: true works of art, as beautiful as they are delicious. This cuisine demonstrates that you don't need to overdo it when you've mastered your craft. Bouillon Bilk is an exceptional restaurant, a true gem of Greater Montreal that you leave with a definite desire to return.

Exceptional foodies experience. The lobster on the 8 course menu is crazy good. All food was awesome. The wine accord was excellent and service is as good as it gets. Highly recommend if you can spend between 500$ to 800$ for a meal with taxes and tips.
